The death toll from the Friday explosion of a West Reading chocolate factory has risen to four.During a Sunday morning press briefing, Police Chief Wayne Holben announced that a fourth body had been pulled from the rubble of the R.M. A woman in her 50s is in critical condition following an industrial accident at a hotel in the west end of the city. Firefighters were first called to the Residence Inn by Marriott on Reading Court near Pearson International Airport around 9 a.m. Sunday morning. When they arrived they were led to a person who was without vital signs. CPR was started until paramedics arrived and took over before transporting them to a nearby hospital in critical condition.
