A SoFi Stadium worker was accused of knocking over food from the cart of a street vendor after an alleged altercation.The alleged June 3 incident occurred after a concert by singer Romeo Santos, who kicked off his summer tour at the Inglewood stadium.A video of the alleged June 3 incident was posted to Instagram by street vendor activist Edin Enamorado, showing a trail of hot dogs, buns and toppings splayed out on the floor, and the accused employee, Marvin Carroll, walking away.Enamorado said the cart was being watched by a group of young kids while the mother went to the restroom, when Carroll got in an altercation with another vendor and eventually knocked over multiple carts.@enamoradoalex_ Shame on you @sofistadium securities have no jurisdiction to use physical force. Allstate has received California’s blessing to raise homeowner insurance premiums 4%, but the state’s fifth largest home insurer said it has no plans to reverse its decision last fall to stop writing new policies.That will mean higher bills for Allstate’s existing customers, and no relief for other homeowners in the state who are losing their coverage in areas ravaged by recent destructive wildfires, floods and landslides. A proposed $30 million field sports complex moved forward with the Brentwood City Council on Tuesday approving the conceptual plan to begin designing the first phase, which includes tournament-level, artificial turf soccer fields.Early cost estimates to build the 30-acre Sand Creek Sports Complex were $15 million, but by April of this year those estimates had ballooned to more than $30 million after the city met with the design firm, Verde Design.
